Because all Carry Them Close jewelry is custom made and personalized specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or ordering error. Please review your personalization details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of every piece. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at velvetglodigital@gmail.com with the following:
• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged or defective item
We will replace or refund your order at no additional cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right immediately.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
