Processing Time

All Carry Them Close jewelry is made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be crafted and shipped. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delayed Orders

Because each piece is personalized and made to order, occasional production delays may occur. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at velvetglodigital@gmail.com and we will provide an update.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Carry Them Close is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
